Thrash Mob come from the West Midlands in England and have only a few months behind them: their first live show was in January 2026. In that time they managed to play Bloodstock and to open for King Parrot and Solitary. Now the time has come for their first EP — five tracks called «Hate, Rage And A Whole Lotta Killin’», out on 20 November.
“`Country: United Kingdom
Genre: Thrash Metal
For fans of: Exodus, Metallica, Slayer, Trivium
The EP opens with «Justice Is Done», which does not go for flashes of speed at the first chance: the guitars are sharp and the weight is measured, with every riff holding its place. On «Tortured Beyond Death» the mood darkens and the vocals reach their limit before a solo cuts through the arrangement. «Written In Blood» starts out as a threat and ends up somewhere many-sided, while «The Executioner» builds tension with rolling melodies and a full bass. The closing track belongs to «Bring The Purge», with open chords, doom echoes and a taste of old speed metal.
Have a listen to «The Executioner»:
Behind the desk stood the band’s own guitarist, Alfie Bennett: the sound comes out thick and clear, aggressive without losing control. The cover art is by Apocalyptic Nuke of Bleak Thy Dismal Grafik, who has also worked for Enforcer and Crystal Viper.
The line-up: Ruaraidh Norsworthy-Hennessy on vocals, Charlie Stableford and Alfie Bennett on guitars, Tyhrone Bennett on drums and Karol Sarnowski on bass.

«Hate, Rage And A Whole Lotta Killin’» is released on 20 November on the band’s own steam. For anyone who likes thrash that looks back to Metallica and Slayer without being afraid of the Trivium sound, this band is interesting — if you liked the mood of Bloodstock, the way we saw it with Castle Rat, here you will find the same drive on a smaller stage. Two more related reads from our archive: the piece on Metallica’s «…And Justice for All» and the recent track from Forbidden, which shows that thrash is not over.
You can find the band on Facebook, Instagram, Bandcamp and Spotify. If you want to know when they play, their YouTube channel posts the live footage.
