Graham Bonnet has released «The Fifth Force Of Nature», the first single from the upcoming Graham Bonnet Band album «Circuit Breaker», recorded as a duet with Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson, who also appears in the song’s official video.
“`The collaboration
«Circuit Breaker» arrives on 26 March 2027 via Frontiers Music Srl. Bonnet said of the collaboration: «It was a thrill to have Bruce Dickinson sing a duet with us on this record. He is an incredible singer and our voices blend so beautifully. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience». Dickinson, for his part, stated: «It was an honour to sing this wonderful song with Graham, a true legend of vocals».
The guests on «Circuit Breaker»
The album features an impressive roster of guests, tied to key moments in Bonnet‘s career. The standout is the reunion with Roger Glover, his former bandmate in Rainbow and the producer of 1979’s «Down To Earth»: it is their first collaboration in more than four decades, with Glover on bass on «Wait For The Day To Break».
Songwriter Russ Ballard, who wrote Rainbow‘s big hit «Since You Been Gone», has contributed material to the new record, while Kai Hansen of Helloween and Gamma Ray appears on «The Captain».
The album is executive produced by bassist Beth-Ami Heavenstone and produced by guitarist Conrado Pesinato, and the Graham Bonnet Band line-up is completed by Shane Gaalaas on drums and Alessandro Bertoni on keyboards.
