Dream Unending are a duo split between the United States and Canada, and «Certain Uncertainties» is their third album, out on 30 October 2026 through 20 Buck Spin.
“`Country: USA / Canada
Genre: Atmospheric doom / progressive metal
For fans of: atmospheric doom with progressive structures
Their sound sits in atmospheric doom with progressive structures: slow builds, atmosphere that grows heavier by degrees and vocals buried in the mix. The third album carries on from where the previous one stopped, with less emphasis on sheer extremity and more on flow.
«Strained Sincerity» is the first taste, with a video on the 20 Buck Spin channel. The record circles around personal dead ends and the quiet observation of things that happen without anyone noticing — themes that give the album a reflective tone.
Listeners who follow atmospheric doom have two close points of comparison in Grant The Sun’s «Biomes» and Mother of Graves’ «The Light That Keeps Us».
