Rockstadt Fest 2027 is the biggest extreme metal festival in Romania and takes place in Ghimbav, next to Brașov, from 26 to 30 July 2027. The bill counts 10 names so far, including Slash, Jinjer, Overkill, Therion, Mgla and Six Feet Under.

Which airport works for you
Ghimbav lies about 150 kilometres from Bucharest airport (OTP) — roughly two and a half hours by train or bus to Brașov. Sibiu airport (SBZ) is around 140 kilometres away, while the small Brașov airport (GHV) has limited flights. From Athens and Thessaloniki the most practical choice is a flight to Bucharest and then the train.

Where to stay
Brașov is about 10 kilometres from the site, with plenty of hotels and apartments. Bucharest, 150 kilometres away, has the widest choice if you want to combine the festival with a city break.
Camping
The festival runs a campsite on site, with its own access rules — it is the cheapest option, especially if you stay all five days. Details on the official page.
Practical information
- 2027 prices: the price is shown by the ticketing partner (the «ia Bilet» button on the official site) — it is not published on the website.
- Regular shuttle buses run between Brașov and Ghimbav, where the festival takes place.
