The Swedish doom trio Monolord have unveiled the third single, “It’s Neverending” , from their upcoming sixth album “Neverending”. The album will be released on May 29, 2026 via Relapse Records.
The new track follows the previously released singles “You Bastard” and “Oozing Wound” . Together, the three songs make up the band’s first complete release since “Your Time To Shine” in 2021.
Producer Sylvia Massy, known for her work with Tool , System Of A Down and Johnny Cash , recorded “Neverending” with the band in Ashland, Oregon.
Formed in Gothenburg in 2013, Monolord consist of guitarist and vocalist Thomas Jäger, bassist Mika Häkki and drummer Esben Willems. Previously, the trio released “Empress Rising” (2014), “Vænir” (2015), “Rust” (2017) and “No Comfort” (2019) before signing with Relapse Records.
Fans can listen to “It’s Neverending” now on all major platforms. Meanwhile, pre-orders for “Neverending” remain open via Relapse Records.
