NINTH REALM present their debut EP, “Damnation’s Veil” — an album of melodic black/death metal with an atmosphere that travels from darkness to epic.
Country: International
Genre: Melodic Black / Death Metal
For fans of: Dissection, Naglfar, Watain
“Damnation’s Veil” opens with “The Serpent’s Throne”, an epic instrumental that puts you straight into the mood, and continues with the title track that combines melodic leads with extreme vocals.
The production is clean but heavy, keeping the atmosphere in the foreground. “A Fate Unbroken” (the previous single) shows their more melodic side, while the closing “Veil of the Forsaken” leaves a grim feeling.
A strong debut for a band that promises a lot in the field of melodic black metal.
