Faith No More will be one of the main names at Rock For People 2027, the Czech festival held in Hradec Králové.
The band will play on Thursday, June 3, 2027, a day after Blink-182, who were already booked to open the event on Wednesday, June 2. For Faith No More this appearance will be their first in Czechia after 12 years, following their set at the same festival in 2015.
«Bringing Faith No More in as the second headliners, alongside Blink-182, is a huge deal for us. They are a band that has deeply influenced modern rock and metal, and Rock for People has a long history with them», said festival director Luděk Motyčka.
Rock For People 2027 will take place from June 2 to 5, 2027 at Park 360, a former military airfield on the edge of Hradec Králové. The event is moving a week earlier so it doesn’t clash with the British Download Festival.
The line-up also added Architects, Killswitch Engage, Motionless In White, Napalm Death, Static-X, Sleeping With Sirens, Billy Talent, Neck Deep, Holding Absence, Wage War, From Ashes To New, Guilt Trip, Beach Bunny and Fat Dog. Also on the bill are Blue Medusa, the new project of Arch Enemy singer Alissa White-Gluz. More names are expected.
The 2026 edition had over 200 artists across five days, with Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Trivium, Tom Morello and Knocked Loose.
For Faith No More, Rock For People is added to a 2027 full of live appearances: the stadium shows with System Of A Down in Australia and New Zealand in January and February 2027, Germany’s Rock im Park (June 4, 2027) and Rock am Ring (June 5, 2027), and Poland’s Mystic Festival. The band hasn’t toured since the «Sol Invictus» cycle in 2015, their last live appearances were two shows in 2016 with Chuck Mosley, and the 2020 tour was postponed due to the pandemic and eventually cancelled.
