Faith No More have added another major European show to their 2027 plans, as it was confirmed they will headline the Mystic Festival, held in Gdańsk, Poland.
“`The organisers announced the show with a short, humorous message, saying that both the festival and Faith No More are alive and ready, and that their concert will be the highlight of the 2027 edition. The festival will take place in Gdańsk, in the Letnica area, from June 10 to 12, 2027.
A few days earlier, on June 4, 2027, Faith No More will play at Rock im Park in Nuremberg and on June 5, 2027 at Rock am Ring, at the Nürburgring.
Their 2027 live plans, however, begin much earlier, with a series of big stadium concerts alongside System of a Down. The two bands will appear at the Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro on January 15, 2027 and then at four concerts in Australia and New Zealand: on January 22 in Sydney, January 27 in Melbourne, February 1 in Brisbane and February 7 in Wellington.
The concerts announced so far for Faith No More in 2027 are as follows:
- January 15 – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – Maracanã Stadium (with System of a Down)
- January 22 – Sydney, Australia – Accor Stadium (with System of a Down)
- January 27 – Melbourne, Australia – Marvel Stadium (with System of a Down)
- February 1 – Brisbane, Australia – Suncorp Stadium (with System of a Down)
- February 7 – Wellington, New Zealand – Henry Stadium (with System of a Down)
- June 4 – Nuremberg, Germany – Rock im Park
- June 5 – Nürburgring, Germany – Rock am Ring
- June 10-12 – Gdańsk, Poland – Mystic Festival
Faith No More’s return carries particular weight, because the band had been absent from the stage for many years. Their last studio album, «Sol Invictus», came out in 2015, following a run of albums such as «The Real Thing», «Angel Dust», «King for a Day… Fool for a Lifetime» and «Album of the Year».
Faith No More never limited themselves to a single genre: they built their identity by combining elements of metal, alternative rock, pop, funk and rap. Their influence reached far beyond the borders of heavy music, which is why their return stands out on the 2027 concert calendar.
