DIEVENOIRE, the melodic blues‑heavy rock group with the strong theatrical identity, present their new music video for “IDGAF”, one of the most personal and raw tracks from their debut concept album The Story of a Gunslinger. The video is the band’s boldest visual work to date.
At the same time, DIEVENOIRE are preparing for the biggest live moment of their career: the appearance at Rock Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin, on 18 July 2026, sharing the stage with names like The Offspring, Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, Hollywood Undead and more.
The new video “IDGAF”
“IDGAF” was born out of a night of insomnia and intense emotional charge for Lariyah, who found in the song a way to express unpretentiously her intensity, honesty and personal story. The track works as an outburst against hypocrisy and toxicity, while at the same time standing in contrast to the album’s western concept, showing the band’s ability to move between cinematic storytelling and deeply personal expression.
Lariyah carries a powerful personal journey, having survived a tragic tour accident that cost three lives and left her clinically dead before she recovered. This experience shapes the raw power she brings to the song.
The band
DIEVENOIRE began as Lariyah’s personal vision, with tribal elements, blues‑rock vocals and a dark atmosphere. Over time they evolved into a full band with musicians from the black metal, doom, progressive and heavy rock scenes:
Album Line‑up – Lariyah Perrin – Vocals – Lothar Keller – Lead guitars – Josh Perrin – Rhythm guitars – Aaron Esquitin – Drums
Live Line‑up – Lariyah Perrin – Vocals – Lothar Keller – Lead Guitars – Josh Perrin – Rhythm Guitars – Aaron Esquitin – Drums – Paul McBride – Bass
The album “The Story of a Gunslinger”
The debut album The Story of a Gunslinger (2025) draws inspiration from a vivid dream of Lariyah’s about the Wild West. With production by Jakob Herrmann (Draconian, Thyrfing, Art Nation), the album combines storytelling, southern‑gothic aesthetics and a blues‑heavy rock character.
