The Chilean Deconsekrated return with their second record, “The Inexorable Transcendence of Death”, out on October 2, 2026 via Nuclear Winter Records on LP, CD and cassette. The occult death metal outfit from Temuco, active since 2020, presents nine tracks full of nihilism and malice, in a faster, more technical and even more devilish follow-up to their first work.
Country: Chile
Genre: Death Metal
The album
Nuclear Winter Records describes the record as a relentless collection of dense, hostile compositions, built on crushing intensity, oppressive atmosphere and plenty of memorable riffs. Its roots lie deep in the classic death metal tradition, but Deconsekrated go beyond imitation: intricate arrangements, unexpected tempo shifts and subtle twists in every track.
The first taste of the record is “Terrifying Manifestation of Malevolence”, which the band describes as “an invocation from ancient altars of the chaotic wounds of terrible and malevolent death, an emanation of pure rage that makes every dream of salvation vanish — the crowning of eternal loss.”
Over the last decade Chile has established itself as one of the best “breeding grounds” for uncompromising death metal in the world, and Deconsekrated are ready to strengthen that reputation.
