For fans of: Septicflesh, Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir It is the first album after the departure of guitarist Kostas Vasilakopoulos and keyboardist Giorgos Tolias, so Sakis Tolis took on both roles and the lineup returned to the trio Sakis Tolis / Andreas Lagios / Themis Tolis. The recording was done in May and June 2004 at SCA Studios in Athens with him producing, while the mixing was done by Fredrik Nordström at Studio Fredman in Sweden. On the album a live eight-member choir can be heard with arrangements by Christos Antoniou of Septicflesh and a guest guitar solo by Gus G. on the opener, “Visions of a Blind Order”. The cover is by Seth Siro Anton. Thematically the album re-reads the figure of Lucifer as light-bringer instead of the genre’s established demon. In September 2026 Season of Mist reissued it on vinyl. Our take It is their most symphonic album and the choir gives it a volume they never had before. “Athanati Este” stands out immediately.
