REVIEW | Metal Territory
Ignition return with All Will Die, their fourth album, and make it clear that their power/thrash hybrid formula has reached full maturity. Rooted in the Ruhr district, the band continues to honor the region’s tradition, offering a record full of power, aggression and a melodic character.

Musically, the album balances between US power metal and hard thrash, with riffs that are big, sturdy and direct. Ignition avoid unnecessary symphonic elements and keep their sound clean, heavy and full of intensity. The production is punchy, organic and with a live feeling that makes the rhythmic lines hit hard from start to finish.
Dennis Marschallik delivers one of the strongest vocal performances of the year: raw, aggressive and full of passion. The gang shouts add extra volume and make many moments of the record ideal for live. Lyrically, the album moves along dark paths, with themes around decline, destruction and human downfall.
“All Will Die” and “Under The Reign Of A Psychopath” best show what Ignition can do in 2026: power/thrash with character, intensity and a clear identity.
