The date is Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Eightball, with doors opening at 20:00. The Prisoners mark 20 years of activity as an Iron Maiden tribute this year and the show is dedicated to the 40 years since the release of «Somewhere in Time».
The details
- Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026
- Venue: Eightball Club, Pindou 1, Ladadika, Thessaloniki
- Doors: 20:00
- Tickets: 10 euros presale, 12 euros at the door
- Line-up: The Prisoners (Iron Maiden tribute) + Obscurus Rex
Obscurus Rex take the Eightball stage shortly before releasing their first full-length album, «…et homo factus est», and are looking for a way to get as many people as possible to hear it. Their debut EP «Stand Up and Be Counted» is already out digitally and on CD.
For Thessaloniki it’s a special night: the band plays in the city for the first time, in a club that has written its own history in heavy sound, and on a line-up that combines their own material with the greatest moments of Iron Maiden.
The Prisoners have been around since 2006 and have established themselves as one of the country’s best-known tribute acts — this year they mark twenty years and celebrate it with a set that reaches as far as «Somewhere in Time» from 1986. Since the city is Gus G’s birthplace, the Thessaloniki audience knows a thing or two about guitars.
