When a band has the guts to put out live material with no filters, no second takes and no studio “fixes”, you know that what you’re hearing is their truth. SLEEK share with us the experience of their recent appearance at Black Temple in Athens, presenting three explosive videos that capture their raw energy and cinematic aesthetic on stage.
The Live Identity of SLEEK
The new videos, now available on YouTube, work as an honest record of the band. Just the sound, the intensity of the moment and the direct connection with the audience. The special twist? Two of the three tracks featured are unreleased, giving us a first taste of the band’s future.
The Tracks of the Night
- “A LIFE IN CHAINS”: A track that dives into dark and emotionally charged paths. The heavy riffs and sharp dynamics build an atmosphere of inner conflict. The live performance carries the viewer right inside the venue, amid the pulse of the crowd.
- “LIVE ON THE LINE” (Unreleased): Here the speeds go up. With aggressive groove and a performance full of adrenaline, this track balances between control and chaos. Everything is played at the limit and every second counts.
- “SUGAR” (Unreleased): A different but equally powerful facet. With a groove-oriented character and an underground, aggressive pulse, the track moves between melody and raw power, showcasing the band’s ability to build atmosphere before the explosion.

Kostas’s take:
if you want to see how the electricity of the stage translates onto the screen, SLEEK have just delivered a lesson. “Live On The Line” and “Sugar” show that the band still has plenty of “fuel” and isn’t afraid to experiment with groove and intensity. No filters and no makeup. Support the local bands that live it on the boards!”
