DragonForce have announced their 2027 European tour: 22 shows starting April 9 in Paris and closing May 8 in Manchester, with special guests Visions of Atlantis and Wings of Steel.
The tour comes a few days after the announcement of their tenth record, the first to carry the band’s name on it. On the European dates songs like «Hunger of the Beast» will be heard for the first time, along with other unreleased tracks from the new album.
At the same time, the tour will also serve as an extended celebration of the 20 years of 2006’s «Inhuman Rampage», since it follows the anniversary tour in North America in November and December — DragonForce’s biggest there in more than two decades.
Herman Li spoke about a new era for the band and his eagerness to play in Europe both the new songs and a special set from «Inhuman Rampage», while singer Alissa White-Gluz said she was thrilled to return to the European stage she knows so well.
