The metalcore veterans from Pennsylvania, August Burns Red, released their latest single titled “Sonic Salvation”, featuring Polaris’ singer Jamie Hails. The track is the third single from their upcoming album “Season of Surrender”.
The record will be released on June 5, 2026, via Fearless Records. It follows 2023’s “Death Below” and marks the band’s return to Fearless, after they had previously released three albums with the label between 2015 and 2020. Also, previous singles from the album include “Behemoth” and “The Nameless”.
Additionally, “Season of Surrender” features guest appearances by Mike Hranica of The Devil Wears Prada on “Legions” and Make Them Suffer on “Cerebral Malfunction”. Pre-orders are already available via Fearless Records.
Meanwhile, August Burns Red kick off their Spring Horizons tour as co-headliners with The Amity Affliction this month. Boundaries and Heavensgate join as support bands on their North American tour, which starts on April 10 in Worcester and wraps up on May 17 in Philadelphia.
