Sakis Tolis returns with Echoes From The Void, a release that works as a small retrospective of his personal journey, but also as a new statement of identity. The record was released on April 21, 2026 as an independent digital release and gathers singles he had put out from time to time, along with two brand-new tracks. It is a collection that clearly shows how his sound is evolving, without losing its personal character.
The album has seven tracks in total and runs about 34 minutes. Although it’s a compilation, its flow is impressively smooth. Sakis has written all the music and all the lyrics, and it shows: there’s cohesion, personal style and a sense that every song has its own role.
“The Fall Of The Tyrants” opens the record with melodicism and great guitar lines. “The Origin” remains one of the most distinctive tracks of his solo journey, while “Sera” — in an extended version — brings to the fore the atmosphere that has characterized him for years. “Ancestral Whispers” recalls his roots, with a darker and more traditional style.
The two new tracks, “Bound By Fire” and “Hail Caesar”, show that Sakis isn’t standing still. They have a more gothic aura, more pronounced melody and a willingness to experiment without straying from the core of his sound. “Here Comes The Sun”, in a remastered version, works as a breath within the record, more atmospheric and brighter.
