Fifteen years after their formation, Inthraced have finally released their debut full-length album and it was worth the wait. “Constellation Zero” is a focused, well-written album that unfolds across seven purposeful tracks, balancing death metal’s aggression with orchestral ambition without losing quality in either.”

“Neon Frontiers” is the obvious entry point, further strengthened by the guest appearance of Marcus Lång, whose vocal contribution gives the chorus a push that cuts through the entire track. “The Way of the Voice” completes the highlights with a broad, ritualistic atmosphere that sets it apart from everything around it.

Production with real care, mixing by Janne Korpela and mastering at the respected Finnvox Studios by Mika Jussila. The album sounds dense and clean in equal measure, giving the orchestral elements room to sit next to the guitars without the mix filling up. Fans of Wintersun , Insomnium or Kalmah will find familiar ground here, but Inthraced have enough of their own identity to make the visit worth the trouble.

The verdict

A debut that rewards patience, for an album fifteen years in the making. Those who follow the Finnish melodic death metal tradition will find familiar coordinates here ( Wintersun, Insomnium, Kalmah ).
There’s a genuine conceptual thread running through “Constellation Zero” that holds its seven tracks together as a single journey rather than a collection of individual songs.
