PRESS RELEASE : The Greek RISABOV return to discography with their second full album, “Light Years Toward Impact” (successor to the debut “Rise”). It’s a dark, concept-driven musical journey lasting 44 minutes, which deals with space themes, time, alienation and human consciousness. Their sound makes no compromises, bridging aggressive death/thrash bursts with progressive structures, atmospheric melancholy and cinematic (cinematic sci-fi) intensity. With modern production, but keeping the old school extreme metal feeling alive, the act manages to build an audiovisual universe full of existential anguish and psychedelic textures, already drawing the attention of international underground metal media.
